Description du poste :

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading the human resources function within the organization. You will oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You will provide guidance and support to managers and employees in all areas of human resources, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

Missions :

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in line with organizational objectives and legal requirements
Partner with senior management to develop and implement workforce planning strategiesManage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates

Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards

Develop and deliver training programs for employees and managers
Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to labor relations, equal employment opportunity, and other applicable laws and regulations

Develop and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee engagement

Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and develop recommendations for improving HR processes and programs

Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management as needed

Profil recherché  :

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management or a related fieldStrong.
  • knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
